Refunds and Returns

Crystal Earth Spirit does not allow refunds or returns for a change in mind on the goods you have ordered. Occasionally parcels get lost or damaged in the mail, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately providing images of the damaged item and we will provide a replacement or offer a refund after reviewing the situation.

If your order has been lost during transit and it is covered by the appropriate insurance, we can make a claim on your behalf for a reimbursement of the cost of your order through Australia Post. Please Note: This process and reimbursement can take some time.
